Most factory repairs are completed in 1 or 2 business days and can be shipped back immediately.
Nailers eligible for repair service are: 35U, 50C, 45, 45R, 200, 250, 50M, 50P, 101, 101R, 445, 445FS, 20FS, and the PowerPalm.
Shipping charges to Powernail Company must be pre-paid by the customer and are at the customer's expense.
The Flat Rate repair charge includes return freight prepaid via. UPS Ground delivery only.
Dated proof of purchase must be supplied with any Powernailer submitted for warranty work.
Repairs requiring body replacement due to nailer abuse or misuse will be subject to an additional body replacement charge of $75.
All repairs are covered for 90 days parts and labor.
