Most factory repairs are completed in 1 or 2 business days and can be shipped back immediately. Nailers eligible for repair service are: 35U, 50C, 45, 45R, 200, 250, 50M, 50P, 101, 101R, 445, and 445FS.
Shipping charges to Powernail Company must be pre-paid by the customer and are at the customer's expense. Flat rate repair charge includes return shipping via. UPS Ground delivery only.
Dated proof of purchase must be supplied with any Powernail submitted for warranty work.
Repairs requiring body replacement due to nailer abuse or misuse may be subject to a $75 core replacement charge.
All repairs are covered for 90 days parts and labor.
